Job Summary

A computer software company is in need of a Remote Computer Software Sales Development Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and mentoring reps for career growth within the Sales organization and other departments
  • Working closely with Sales and SDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
  • Hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives

Qualifications Include:

  • 1+ years managing an Enterprise Sales Development team in the SaaS space
  • 2+ years in sales
  • Strong foundation with SDR processes, and KPIs
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and performance management skills
  • Excellent ability to identify and resolve problems in SDR processes
