Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator for Enrollment Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and management for the CRM team, overseeing operational and developmental work
  • Design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform, managing day-to-day operations and integrations
  • Lead testing and verification for internal custom code and vendor software, ensuring system security and performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of five years of experience in CRM application administration, specifically Salesforce
  • Experience with database systems and applications administration, including system performance management
  • Advanced experience in data extraction and analysis using SQL/SOQL
  • Knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica/Axiom
