Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator for Enrollment Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and management for the CRM team, overseeing operational and developmental work
- Design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform, managing day-to-day operations and integrations
