A developer and manufacturer of specialized technological products is seeking a Remote Customer Relationship Management Systems Process Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Documenting system roadmaps
  • Supporting departmental opportunities to streamline and simplify the execution of CRM
  • Managing project plans

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or a relevant STEMS focused discipline
  • 3+ years of IT Product or Project Management experience
  • Technical expertise with CRM
  • Experience managing at least one large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions
  • Current with Lean, Agile project management methodologies and software lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
