- Provide excellent customer service through phone and email for various cases and projects
- Document calls accurately and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Attend scheduled training and work various shifts as required by the project
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma preferred; must be 18 years or older
- 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience, along with desktop applications experience
- Excellent computer skills, including quick and accurate typing
- Ability to handle escalated calls with empathy and professionalism
- Reliable attendance and time management skills
