Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone and email for various cases and projects

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma preferred; must be 18 years or older
  • 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience, along with desktop applications experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including quick and accurate typing
  • Ability to handle escalated calls with empathy and professionalism
  • Reliable attendance and time management skills
