- Process transactions and maintain knowledge of company policies and technology
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of six months experience in call center or customer service
- Working knowledge of computer and Windows applications
- Must pass background check and have reliable internet service
