Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information while resolving complaints
  • Process transactions and maintain knowledge of company policies and technology
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of six months experience in call center or customer service
  • Working knowledge of computer and Windows applications
  • Must pass background check and have reliable internet service
