Job Summary
A business process solutions, operations management, and analytics consulting company has a current position open for a Remote Diagnoses Related Groups Medical Coding Auditor III.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct MS-DRG and/or APR-DRG coding reviews
- Apply coding guidelines to a variety of claim scenarios
- Document audit results in a clear, concise, and effective manner
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- One or more of the following credentials: CCS, RHIA, RHIT
- 4+ years of MS DRG/APR DRG coding experience
- Expert Inpatient Coding Skills
- Expert knowledge of AHA Coding Guidelines, DRG reimbursement methodologies
- Experience with DRG encoder tools (3M, Webstrat)
