Job Summary
A cybersecurity company is in need of a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Global Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support the development, scaling, and management of our global employee resource groups and Affiliate Groups
- Serve as a liaison between our ERG/AG communities and organizational and leadership stakeholders
- Support the development of a sustainable and globally scalable annual roadmap for DEI programs
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in full-cycle development and management of data-driven DEI programs
- Demonstrated experience building and managing cross-functional and globally inclusive annual roadmapping
- Experience in change management and conflict resolution
- Able to identify problems, ideate, and implement solutions
