Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading our DE&I task force
- Monitoring company culture, feedback, and data
- Taking ownership and staying abreast of emerging issues
Qualifications Include:
- 7+ years of Human Resources experience including leading widescale people programs
- 2-3+ years of experience in leading and advancing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
- Demonstrated understanding of leading practices, innovations and challenges
- B.A. from four-year College or university or equivalent level of education/experience
- Demonstrated success building strong collaborative working relationships
