An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading our DE&I task force
• Monitoring company culture, feedback, and data
• Taking ownership and staying abreast of emerging issues

Qualifications Include:

• 7+ years of Human Resources experience including leading widescale people programs
• 2-3+ years of experience in leading and advancing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
• Demonstrated understanding of leading practices, innovations and challenges
• B.A. from four-year College or university or equivalent level of education/experience
• Demonstrated success building strong collaborative working relationships
