Job Summary

An electrical manufacturing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Electrical Learning and Development Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing weekly audit of external training documentation process
• Maintaining Learning & Development Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines
• Managing communication process for learning events/opportunities

Qualifications for this position include:

• Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions
• Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office/365 required
• Ability to utilize tools and technologies to access information, prepare and generate reports and troubleshoot issues
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors
