Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Learning & Development - Revenue Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global learning and development programs to enhance sales capabilities and onboarding processes
- Continuously assess and address skill gaps within the revenue team through targeted learning interventions
- Lead the Go-to-Market Interlock program to operationalize product and marketing updates through effective training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Sales Enablement, with global exposure
- Experience in building and scaling enablement functions with measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and adult learning theory
- Proficiency with enablement tools and strong analytical skills to drive actionable programs
