Remote Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A software and web development company is in need of a Remote Engineering Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead a team of highly skilled engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining a cutting-edge ad tech platform
• Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and high-performing.
• Manage and lead your team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and resources

Qualifications Include:

• 10+ years of experience in a technical role with proven comfort in software development
• 5+ years of progressive experience in leading teams of various sizes
• Solid background utilizing Agile development techniques
• Extensive experience with cloud computing, and hands- on in one: GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Experience communicating and translating both upward to senior management
• Demonstrated ability to direct the work and manage the performance of a fully remote, global team
