Remote Excess and Surplus Lines Specialty Product Form Development Consultant

Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Excess and Surplus Lines Specialty Product Form Development Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Applying knowledge of forms development and filing process
• Understanding insurance coverage language, ISP products, and policy structure
• Engaging knowledge of property and casualty insurance products and terminology

Required Skills:

• Undergraduate studies. Bachelor’s degree or graduate studies preferred
• Insurance licenses or industry designations i.e. CPCU, ARM, ASLI, AU, INS, and more are preferred
• Six years of experience in personal/commercial lines insurance per underwriting, marketing, or product management is ideal
• Competent knowledge of analytical tools, core business functions, underwriting policies and practices
• Must have knowledge of training theory, marketing techniques, and approaches
• Ability to drive for results, deal with ambiguity, communicate well and understand strategic objectives
