Job Summary
An information technology organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Executive Administrator and Human Resources Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing calendar and all scheduling for President & CEO
- Recording meeting notes and manage follow up with the respective teams
- Supporting recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and facilitating background check
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel at least twice yearly for team meetings and conferences
- 3-5 years of experience in a professional office setting
- Experience in, or strong affinity for, the arts and culture industry
- Fluency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel or similar office productivity tools
- Experience with or proven ability to quickly learn HRIS and digital workplace tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
