A staffing and talent management firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Founding Design System Product Designer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building and owning the design systems
- Identifying and executing the strategic vision for design
- Building pixel-perfect designs for new features across our consumer-facing web app
Position Requirements Include:
- Multiple years of relevant product design experience
- The ability to see the big picture, and then zoom back into the details
- A strong understanding of user-experience principles and a people-focused design process
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
