Job Summary
A mobile banking app is in need of a Remote Fraud Team Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the personal & professional development of approximately 11 Fraud Investigators
- Fostering an empathetic, high-performance culture in the team
- Providing technical coaching, feedback, and advice relating to fraud tasks
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have experience conducting fraud investigations/ have Fraud subject matter expertise
- Have experience providing technical coaching and feedback relating to fraud
- Are a clear and inspiring communicator, with excellent written and verbal English
- Have an empathetic and supportive approach to people leadership
- Are great at prioritising problems and assessing risk in an operations environment
