Job Summary
An online health service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering to customer objections by reinforcing features and benefits of products to customers and prospects
- Analyzing customer’s service needs and refering to other service or technical departments for follow up
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- HS degree or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport
