Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Technology Customer Data Analytics Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead complex customer data analytics cross-functional projects
- Mentor and train more junior members of the Customer Data Integration team
- Be the expert on where customer data originates
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7-10 years of professional work experience
- 2 years in healthcare analytics and 1-2 years in leadership/management
- Hands-on experience working with healthcare claims
- Understanding of claims adjudication process in both fee-for-service and value-based care arrangements
- Familiarity with clinical coding systems such as ICD10 diagnosis codes
- Intermediate SQL querying skills and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
