Job Summary
A management and technology consulting firm is in need of a Remote Helpdesk Analyst and Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with Helpdesk Ticketing Systems
- Provide Helpdesk Support
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Helpdesk Analyst / Administrator
- Exposure to O365 Pro Plus core applications
- Experience with Helpdesk ticketing systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, etc)
