Job Summary
A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Remote Human Resource Programs Management.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing strategic input during program and project design and implementation sessions
- Working closely with the business to provide timely implementation of programs
- Being responsible for oversight of assigned programs per New Hire Onboarding, University Relations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) with an emphasis in training and development
- Must have a minimum of five years of experience in the non-profit sector
- Ability to analyze needs and apply resources effectively to meet those needs
- Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and web page usage/updating
- Ability to achieve targeted results through motivating, mobilizing, and delegating to others
