Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Operations Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supervising the HR Operations team providing continuous and effective performance feedback
• Assisting HR Operations Specialists with HR Service Delivery project scoping
• Providing training and assistance to managers in HRSD when issues arise

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications
• Proficient in GSuite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and exercise a high level of discretion
• Excellent fact-based decision making, analytical skills, critical thinking, and creative problem solving
• Ability to effectively delegate tasks or responsibilities to direct reports and peers
• 3 years of experience working in Human Resources
