An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Operations Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supervising the HR Operations team providing continuous and effective performance feedback
- Assisting HR Operations Specialists with HR Service Delivery project scoping
- Providing training and assistance to managers in HRSD when issues arise
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong proficiency with MS Office applications
- Proficient in GSuite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and exercise a high level of discretion
- Excellent fact-based decision making, analytical skills, critical thinking, and creative problem solving
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks or responsibilities to direct reports and peers
- 3 years of experience working in Human Resources
