Remote Implementation and Data Services Director

Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Implementation and Data Services Director.

Must be able to:

• Ensure timely and effective communication with customers during the implementation process
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities to optimize the implementation process and improve outcomes
• Develop and manage implementation budgets, capacity plans, and schedule

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of regulations, systems and operations with B2B and B2C products
• Prior experience leading teams responsible for healthcare EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a healthcare implementation or consulting setting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines for implementation projects
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and related topics
