Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Implementation and Data Services Director.
Must be able to:
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers during the implementation process
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities to optimize the implementation process and improve outcomes
- Develop and manage implementation budgets, capacity plans, and schedule
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of regulations, systems and operations with B2B and B2C products
- Prior experience leading teams responsible for healthcare EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a healthcare implementation or consulting setting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines for implementation projects
