Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners, focusing on sales and service inquiries
  • Utilize multiple systems to resolve customer issues and provide product information
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve training processes
Required Qualifications
  • One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
  • Ability to research and analyze data to assist with escalated customer matters
  • Familiarity with web-based systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have a dedicated and quiet workspace for remote work
  • Internet speed requirements: Ping 50 Mbps or lower, Download 50 Mbps or higher, Upload 15 Mbps or higher
