Remote Instructional Design Manager
Job Summary
A financial institution has a current position open for a Remote Instructional Design Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing, coaching, developing, motivating, and evaluating a team of Instructional Designers
- Managing the portfolio of solutions ensuring routine maintenance of existing courses
- Identifying and analyzing problems and incorporates novel ideas, innovative thinking, and formal tools
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related area
- Seven (7) years of experience instructional design or equivalent experience
- Two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Banking experience
- Ability to communicate with superior skill both written and verbal
- Ability to produce creative solutions and innovative thought partnership
