Job Summary

A financial institution has a current position open for a Remote Instructional Design Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing, coaching, developing, motivating, and evaluating a team of Instructional Designers
• Managing the portfolio of solutions ensuring routine maintenance of existing courses
• Identifying and analyzing problems and incorporates novel ideas, innovative thinking, and formal tools

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related area
• Seven (7) years of experience instructional design or equivalent experience
• Two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Banking experience
• Ability to communicate with superior skill both written and verbal
• Ability to produce creative solutions and innovative thought partnership
