Remote IT Healthcare Client Results Executive
Job Summary
A healthcare IT solutions company is seeking a Remote IT Healthcare Client Results Executive.
Must be able to:
- Partner with Clients to lead strategy and accountability for highly complex, multi-site client programs
- Monitor productions statistics to ensure highly performing system performance across application and technology
- Serve as the primary contact for escalation after the project manager of issues or concerns related to project scope
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline
- 7+ years of work experience directly related to the duties of the position and/or completed higher education
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, etc
- 10+ years of related work experience in project management, product management, or client facing role
