Job Summary
A non-profit education organization is seeking a Remote Learning Portal Support Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Blackboard s tandards, policies, and procedures
- Deliver high-quality customer service while working with staff to troubleshoot issues
- Receive, prioritize, and assign Tier 2+ support requests
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of learning management system experience
- 2 + years experience with end-user support
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Solid understanding and troubleshooting experience with learning management systems
