Job Summary

A customer experience management company is in need of a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Receive, review and process calls regarding customers’ current policies
  • Offer products to assist customers’ needs
  • Pitch products on all eligible calls

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Have an active Life Resident Property & Casualty License OR active Life, Accident & Health Insurance Resident License
  • High school diploma
  • Able to start work after 4pm CT
