Job Summary
A customer experience management company is in need of a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receive, review and process calls regarding customers’ current policies
- Offer products to assist customers’ needs
- Pitch products on all eligible calls
Qualifications for this position include:
- Have an active Life Resident Property & Casualty License OR active Life, Accident & Health Insurance Resident License
- High school diploma
- Able to start work after 4pm CT
