A business process solutions, operations management, and analytics consulting company is in need of a Remote Life and Annuities Back Office Processor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling processing transactions on multiple product lines
- Documenting all calls clearly and concisely
- Identifying areas of potential risk for the company
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Two-year college degree or equivalent experience in a financial institution operations or similar
- Knowledgeable in life or annuity products
- Strong analytical skills to review documents and reach sound decisions
- Can compute moderately difficult mathematical calculations
