Remote Network Operations Manager

Job Summary

A tehcnology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Network Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing direct supervision to a team of technicians working on planned or unplanned outages
• Scheduling day-to-day activities
• Ensuring that adequate staffing is in place to handle the work function assigned to the position’s area of responsibility

Required Skills:

• Associate degree or 3-5 years of relevant job experience managing in a customer service role
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
• Self-development orientation, initiative, delegation, development of subordinates, and setting of work standards
