Job Summary

has a current position open for a Remote Payment Solutions Program Specialist.

Must be able to:

Act as Primary contact for Commercial One Card and Small Business Credit Card clients
Track and communicates progress on maintenance requests
Complete annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training

Qualifications Include:

Bachelors or equivalent experience required
3-5 years of customer service and relationship management experience
Presentation experience in creation and delivery required
Efficient in Microsoft Office products required
Strong project management skills required
Self-motivated with the ability to work well with others required
