Job Summary

has a current position open for a Remote Payment Solutions Program Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Act as Primary contact for Commercial One Card and Small Business Credit Card clients
• Track and communicates progress on maintenance requests
• Complete annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelors or equivalent experience required
• 3-5 years of customer service and relationship management experience
• Presentation experience in creation and delivery required
• Efficient in Microsoft Office products required
• Strong project management skills required
• Self-motivated with the ability to work well with others required
