A business processes company is in need of a Remote Post Default Collector I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Utilizing various collection strategies and techniques in an effort to contact defaulted student loan Borrow
• Resolving issues of a non-routine nature as necessary as well as perform skip tracing
• Locating and communicate with debtors via the telephone and written notices in order to negotiate Balance in full

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Designated Landline. Landline must be installed and ready by class start date
• Private workspace or home office free from distractions
• PC skills and experience in a Windows environment
• Good mathematical skills including calculator skills
• Reliable high-speed internet– 100mbps download/ 10 upload speed minimum
