Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Product and Infrastructure Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and mentoring a team that is experiencing hyper growth of revenue and traffic
- Building rapport with each member of the Engineering Team and support them through coaching
- Participating in code reviews, learning and spreading technical knowledge, while multitasking projects
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Be a skilled engineering leader with 3+ years leading/managing engineering teams
- Have a strong background in managing a team of Engineers per TypeScript, or JavaScript, AWS, Node.js, Terraform, or Kubernetes
- Experience shipping and operating crucial products and infrastructure
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Possess the know-how to build, change, and adapt to the needs of a company as it grows
