Remote Radiology Coding Denials Specialist
Job Summary
A health services company is filling a position for a Remote Radiology Coding Denials Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing project work per radiology coding denials, outpatient facility coding and professional coding
- Completing Masterlog of accounts coded daily and liase with clients to communicate account inquiries
- Identifying trends and reports to Coding Manager, daily work queue, and potential issues or error
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of three years of experience with production coding
- CPC, COC, CIC, CC, CCS-P cerifications recognized
- Medical coders shall maintain the required continuing education hours in order to maintain certification
- Pass a pre-employment coding test that is provided, developed and administered by candidate management instructions
