Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Real Estate Technology Senior Level Java Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other engineers through pairing sessions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Work with the product team and feature owners to understand requirements
• Mentor and lead junior engineers in software engineering methodology, design, and best practices

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, or a related field
• 5 + years of experience as a back end engineer with Spring / Spring Boot
• You are comfortable writing unit and integration tests and maintaining strong code coverage
• You have experience with NoSQL databases
• You are opinionated in the direction that backend software development is going
• You have hands-on experience building application using the microservices architecture
