Job Summary

An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Real Time Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing continuous intra-day real-time monitoring of queue results and agent performance
• Overseeing and assisting in managing real-time allocations of resources
• Monitoring real-time adherence to schedules for team members and providing feedback to leaders in real-time

Required Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, charts)
• Strong desire to help others and proactively tackle work without being prompted or required
• Ability to identify data abnormalities and trends
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Detail oriented
