Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiter and Sourcer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining robust candidate pipeline
- Owning and juggling multiple roles and projects
- Supporting sourcing efforts on high priority roles across the recruiting team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 1-2 years + of experience sourcing and coordinating
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships
- At least some form of exposure and direct experience to in-house, full-cycle recruitment
- Experience working in a high growth start-up
- A background in developing strong people-first & genuine relationships with talent and partners
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
