Remote Recruiter and Sourcer

Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiter and Sourcer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining robust candidate pipeline
• Owning and juggling multiple roles and projects
• Supporting sourcing efforts on high priority roles across the recruiting team

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Minimum 1-2 years + of experience sourcing and coordinating
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships
• At least some form of exposure and direct experience to in-house, full-cycle recruitment
• Experience working in a high growth start-up
• A background in developing strong people-first & genuine relationships with talent and partners
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
