A company is looking for a Sales Engineering Sourcer/Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategies to build pipelines across Sales teams through various sourcing methods
- Engage passive candidates and manage multiple requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team goals and facilitate interview processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years of hiring experience for Sales Engineers or Solutions Architects
- Proven ability as a strategic sourcer and closer
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience
