Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Regional Patient Access Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor staffing activities
- Analyze referral trends, new therapies, specialty medication shortages, and access solutions
- Serve as a point of escalation for calls requiring a higher degree of expertise or discretion
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 5 years of healthcare intake/admissions and/or reimbursement experience
- At least 5 years of experience applying knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement guidelines
- Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
