Job Summary
An ecommerce company has a current position open for a Remote Revenue Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with leadership to design and implement a global go-to-market strategy by identifying opportunities
- Lead projects to optimize our lead-to-cash process by implementing a best-in-class sales process
- Define and measure KPIs, create forecasts and build dashboards for the teams to easily understand the health of the business
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years in a revenue operations role with experience in executing project and change management
- A track record of implementing end-to-end sales processes with measurable results
- Strongly proficient in Salesforce and have vast experience in other integrated SaaS tools
- Proficient in SQL, Looker, or other Business Intelligence tools
- Detail-oriented and understand how one change might affect other processes downstream
- A growth mindset, bold ideas, and a know-how attitude to get things done
