Job Summary
A digital customer engagement platform has an open position for a Remote SaaS Software Sales Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting revenue leadership
- Leading all aspects of revenue operations including process optimization, technology stack, data integrity, and KPI analysis
- Building and driving process, change management, and operational efficiencies within our revenue teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales operations roles
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a sales operations management role
- Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and methodologies in a scaled sales organization
- Expert in Salesforce with excellent analytical, reporting, data manipulation, dashboard creation and business intelligence skills
- Experience with Business Intelligence applications
- Proven track record of effectively interfacing with cross-functional departments and sales management teams
