Remote Scrum Master
Job Summary
A technology staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Scrum Master.
Must be able to:
- Identify and provide trainings to promote Agile maturity
- Utilize Agile tools such as Jira, Mural and Whiteboard for planning and tracking work performed by teams
- Facilitate the core scrum ceremonies and best practices (Planning, Retrospective, Refinement, Review/Demo)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A minimum of three plus (3+) years of related experience
- Scrum Master Certification, preferably SAFE Scrum Master certification
- Experience serving in a Scrum Master role for Legacy Systems undergoing modernization and eventually being replaced
- Bachelor's degree is required
