Remote Senior Facets Benefit Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Facets Benefit Configuration Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Utilizing knowledge of benefit plans and documents
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, assess, interpret and document customer needs and requirements
• Designing, configuring and building various product / benefit components in Facets with emphasis on BPA

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience working with Medicare and/or commercial benefit configuration
• 3+ years of experience working with Facets database tables and configuration
• 2+ years of experience working with Facets BPA and/or Workflow
• 2+ years of experience working with Facets Business Process Automation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
