A managed healthcare and insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Healthcare People Analytics Data Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and maintaining internal process documentation
- Supporting recurring reporting needs
- Developing templates/dashboards for common requests
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience analyzing business, financial, People Team or clinical data
- 2+ years of report development and dashboard building
- Proven experience researching issues
- Trained and applied experience in data visualization techniques and user experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, formulas, pivot tables, etc)
