A financial services firm is seeking a Remote Senior Operations System Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and executing UAT test plans
  • Managing multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics with using BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Domo
  • 3+ years of experience working with contact center systems and CRMs
  • 5+ years of experience in system analysis, design, and implementation
