Job Summary

A tech support provider has an open position for a Remote Senior Performance Analytics Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, contracts, issues, and operational needs
• Document analytical features, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work to analyze and execute additional SOA PAX areas of strategic interest

Position Requirements Include:

• 5+ years experience working as a business or systems analyst
• 2+ years experience analyzing and documenting business process models and flows
• 4+ years experience building reports and conducting data analysis using enterprise BI tools
• Advanced skills in translating business needs to outcomes and identifying business impact
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Business/Information Systems, or related field
