Job Summary
A company that provides fraud protection for eCommerce businesses is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Revenue Operations Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing, maintaining, and automating reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Looker
- Maintaining, updating, and evolving datasets across the marketing, sales, and customer success technology stacks to support reporting
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience and background in CRM and BI tools, ideally Salesforce and Looker
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to provide insights on pre-sales customer journey KPIs
