Position Requirements Include:
- Extensive experience as a backend developer (7+ years)
- Experience hiring and onboarding Junior to Staff level engineers
- Experience managing a team of engineers (2+ years)
- Experience working with cross organizational teams building synergies and processes
- Must have strong project management skills
- Experience working on large product frameworks
