Remote Service Request Engineering Team Lead
Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Service Request Engineering Team Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Gain deep understanding of a minimum of three solutions (ex. ERP, SIS, PG) from client perspective, technical, and implementation perspective
- Understand and implement data needed for importing, exporting and integrations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 10+ years of prior experience working in a SaaS company
- Proficiency in MS EXCEL, MS OFFICE, MS SQL/PLSQL, C#, TSQL/CLR, FTP/HTTP, Scripting
