Remote Software Onboarding Manager
Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Software Onboarding Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring the prime objective of delivering moments of wow to our customers is always met
- Participating in establishing practices, templates (Project plans, trackers), policies, tools and partnerships
- Recommending product enhancements and new product opportunities to the Product team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in writing functional specification and design documents
- 2+ yrs total experience working on SAAS products, especially on CRM or CX(Help Desk) products
- Strong organizational, presentation, and coordination skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
