Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Software Onboarding Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring the prime objective of delivering moments of wow to our customers is always met
  • Participating in establishing practices, templates (Project plans, trackers), policies, tools and partnerships
  • Recommending product enhancements and new product opportunities to the Product team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience in writing functional specification and design documents
  • 2+ yrs total experience working on SAAS products, especially on CRM or CX(Help Desk) products
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and coordination skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
