Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Software Sales Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supporting our Sales Organization with a focus on alignment to the Sales RVPs
• Defining and delivering key business analytics and metrics to key internal stakeholders on a routine basis
• Driving a monthly pipeline review to ensure adequate quota coverage and targeted pipeline generation

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Sales Operations experience
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees, from Executive level to employee base
• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SFDC
