Remote Software Sales Operations Manager
Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Software Sales Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting our Sales Organization with a focus on alignment to the Sales RVPs
- Defining and delivering key business analytics and metrics to key internal stakeholders on a routine basis
- Driving a monthly pipeline review to ensure adequate quota coverage and targeted pipeline generation
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Sales Operations experience
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees, from Executive level to employee base
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SFDC
