A quality assurance and software testing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Testing Agile Coach.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain collaborative and cooperative relationships throughout the organization
- Facilitate teams and client relationships to satisfy needs and identify improvements
- Demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service and follow-through
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience as Scrum master
- Advanced scrum master certification or elevated certification or
- Extensive experience with SAFe and PI Planning
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques
- Ability to adhere to corporate work ethic standards
- Ability to anticipate business needs and think with a business owner mind-set
